Delivery of Finished Products
Swede & Simple strives to complete all designs within 72 business hours or less from the time of the initial consultation. Large floor plans, incomplete information or other complications may increase design lead times. Please be aware that our office is not open during major holidays.
Installation schedules may be revised at the discretion of Swede & Simple due to unforeseen circumstances, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Reference to IKEA® Brand
Swede & Simple is an independent kitchen and cabinet design service and is in no way affiliated, authorized, or sponsored (financially or otherwise) by Inter IKEA® Systems B.V. It is not our intention to impersonate IKEA® stores or services, nor do we sell IKEA® products.
All photos on the Swede & Simple website are either owned by Swede & Simple or have its customers’ permission to use. Information contained on these pages is offered as a compilation of our own extensive experience when designing for customers who want to purchase IKEA® products.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
Upon engaging in our services, we collect the following types of information:
Contact information – your name, email, phone number, site address and similar information.
Space information including, but not limited to, wall measurements, ceiling height, appliance specifications, etc. and may include photos of the space.
IKEA® Home Planner information – username and password. We may request this information to provide you with a copy of your design pre-loaded for later purchase at your nearest IKEA® store.
Personal information may be used to better understand the needs of our clients and visitors and to tailor our services accordingly. General use of information may be used for the following reasons:
To maintain internal records and conduct overarching statistical analysis
To improve our offerings of products and services
To optimize our website
We will not sell, trade, give away, distribute, lease or share your personally identifiable information to or with third parties unless we have your express permission or are required to by law. We may use certain statistical data in order to provide you with pertinent information regarding Swede & Simple offers, products, and services. In keeping with privacy laws, you will always have an option to opt-out of any communications from Swede & Simple.
